“What are you going to do now?”
That is the first thing people ask when I share that I left my job.
The honest answer: I don’t know.
Not exactly at least.
Of course, I have ideas, a plan, and an approach. I also know what I don’t want right now, which is going straight into another full-time in-house role.
What I do want is a mix. Advising companies. Giving workshops. Writing and sharing content. Coaching people in their careers. Doing fractional product management work. Partnering with brands to help tell their story.
But often it feels like you need to have it all figured out already. Successes are easy to share. The messy middle is not.
That is why I am writing this weekly update. To share the journey as it unfolds.
